Dan Goldstein has earned a reputation as a successful trial lawyer specializing in construction and real estate litigation, routinely representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in claims regarding defect, delay, non-payment, non-disclosure, breach of contract, boundary disputes, and easement disputes.

Over the last 18 years, Dan has tried nearly 50 cases to juries, judges, and arbitrators, achieving awards ranging in size from $20,000 to $5,000,000. Leveraging this experience, Dan has also achieved favorable settlements for his clients in hundreds of other matters.
